Course NDL sun life

Ready, set, go ! We are proud to be able to welcome you to “La Rapide de Saint-Lambert” for a 6th edition.
Elite and up-and-coming runners, as well as weekend runners and families, are invited to participate in the NDL Race. In addition to promoting healthy lifestyles, the profits generated by the Run are donated to the Le Chapeau Endowment Fund of Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes College. Looking forward to seeing many of you there !
Event’s location
845 Chemin Tiffin, Longueuil, QC, J4P 3G5.
The starting point is a 15 minute walk from the Longueuil Metro or a 2 minute drive from the Jacques-Cartier Bridge.
The race takes place in the streets of Saint-Lambert and is intended to be a fast race on a flat course with few turns. The perfect place to do your best time.
SCHEDULE
7 a.m. Opening of the site and distribution of bibs
8:30 a.m. Start of the 2 km
9 a.m. Start of the 5 km
9:30 a.m. : Podium 2 km and 5 km
10:00 a.m. Start of the 10 km
11:05 : Podium 10 km
11:35 a.m. Start of the 1 km
12 p.m. End of activities

YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES
Tasty meals in the form of a nutritious lunch box;
Official smart timing for distances (except for the 1 km);
A jersey for 2 km, 5 km and 10 km registrants (except for the Express);

Although it is not recommended, you are allowed to run with headphones. However, you must run on your right-hand side as much as possible, in order to enable rescue team and cyclists to move along freely.

Saturday, May 4, 2024: 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Sunday, May 5, 2024, from 7 a.m., on the event site.
Parking
Parking available in the surrounding streets.

Opt for the paid parking lot at Cégep Champlain on Riverside Street (500 m from the site).

Arrive early, carpool or take the metro (a 1.5 km walk from the site)

There will be a secure, supervised place to drop off your personal effects.

After the race
PARTICIPANTS' MEAL
A tasty meal in a lunch box will be offered to all runners and walkers. Note that the bib is required to pick up the meal after the race.
RESULTS
Results will be available online at SportStats.ca in real time. They will also be posted on the site on the day of the event.
FQA SANCTIONED
The Course NDL Sun Life, like all Courses Thématiques, is sanctioned by the Fédération québécoise d'athlétisme, in addition to ensuring that the courses are accurate and measured properly.

Note that the 1 km is not timed and that there will be no podium for this distance. If your child wants to take on a timed challenger, they will need to register for the 2 km.
