About Les Courses Thématiques
Les Courses Thématiques series is a non-profit organization dedicated to organizing running events that offer a wide variety of experiences, with distances ranging from 1 km to 42.2 km. Since 2013, we’ve helped participants discover the regions of Montérégie, Montreal, and Estrie through unique courses where every challenge becomes a lasting memory.

Promoting healthy lifestyles and making running accessible for all
Les Courses Thématiques organizes friendly, affordable, and safe running events that surpass the highest standards of quality and service. By fostering a family-friendly, festive, and competitive atmosphere, we strive to make running accessible to all, helping to improve the physical health and well-being of our community.
Fostering the next generation and celebrating excellence
We are committed to ensuring the long-term vitality of running in Quebec. Each year, we donate over $10,000 to sports clubs to support the next generation of athletes. Additionally, nearly $15,000 in prizes and scholarships are awarded to runners, recognizing the effort, perseverance, and discipline that distinguish them at our events.
