In order to help organizing as well as ensuring the smooth implementation of the event, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team!
Groups and Organizations are welcome! !
Here below, you will find the list of available positions and a brief description of the responsibilities.
Information booth
> Give information about the numerous activities of the day;
> Provide information to participants about every aspect of the event;
> Guide participants on the site.
Registration
> Provide information to participants about every aspect of the event;
> Give race kits to participants.
Catering service
> Serve different parts of the meal to participants.
Water station
> Set-up the water station on the circuits;
> Give out water or sports drink to runners;
> Cheer runners.
Site set-up
> Help set-up various facilities and equipment.
Baggage clerk
> Dispose and store participants’ bags.
Finish line
> Give out medals or water to finishers.
Technical support and maintenance
> Ensure the cleanliness of the site during and after the event.
Circuit and security
> Ensure the way is clear;
> Cheer runners.
Award ceremony
> Assist in the award ceremony ;
> Give appropriate medals to winners, according to their age category.

An amount of money will be given to the organization of your choice, depending on how many volunteers you bring into your team!
