april 13, 2025
What a great opportunity to break the ice by starting the season with a race in the streets of Old Saint-Jean and on the banks of the Richelieu, one of the most emblematic rivers in Quebec.
Come run or walk under the theme of maple syrup and the optimism of the thaw. It's time to celebrate the arrival of spring!
For each registration for the Je bouge 5 and 10 km , $5 will go directly to the mission of the Fondation Santé. All participants will also have the opportunity to make a donation when registering.
